Rand Heer, President and Chief Architect.
Rand has 35 years financial management and startup experience spanning manufacturing, biotechnology, software and IT services. He was the founder of Pillar Corporation which developed the first enterprise budget and forecasting package later acquired by Hyperion/Oracle. He also founded three other technology companies, all with successful exits, focusing on financial systems and OLAP reporting. Rand has an MBA from Harvard University.

Ben Lamorte, Vice President, Marketing.
Responsible for Alight's marketing organization and business development programs, Ben has 15 years experience in management consulting and business development. After joining Alight in 2006, Ben has helped dozens of companies move beyond spreadsheets and has co-presented with successful Alight customers including Kaiser Permanente. He has contributed to white papers on continuous planning and speaks at budgeting and forecasting conferences. He holds a Master of Science degree from Stanford University.

Kevin Pellegrino, Vice President, Sales.
Kevin has a 20-year track record of aligning objectives, and motivating individuals and teams towards common goals that positively impact the bottom line for large companies like HP, where his responsibilities included creating consumer support strategies and sales operations around the world, and for small and mid-sized organizations in Education, Financial Planning/Asset Management, Health Care, and Not-For-Profit. He has an undergraduate degree in Psychology along with an MBA from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York.

Lee Harris, Vice President, Engineering.
A Silicon Valley original who has led many product software initiatives, Lee has 25 years experience in software design and development including senior management positions at Software Publishing, Pillar Corporation, and Whitelight Systems. He has a BS in mathematics from Dartmouth College.

Don Koenes, Vice President, Planning Solutions.
A leader in developing and implementing the tenets of Agile PlanningTM, Don heads the Planning Solutions Group in helping Alight clients move across the Planning Maturity Curve. An eclectic career, with multi-industry experience including manufacturing, healthcare, and non-profit, plus a stint in the incubator side of venture capital, and executive titles including Vice President, interim COO and interim CFO provide a rich background for delivering advanced, practical planning solutions to Alight customers. He holds an MBA from Drake University.

Aidan Mitchell, Vice President, Partner Development.
Aidan has 15 years prior experience in finance and IT including 2 years with his own business development consultancy. The substantial portion of his experience was with American Power Conversion where he served as Director of IT and Finance for Latin America, Applications Development Manager for EMEA and System Analyst. Fluent in Spanish, Aidan earned a Master of Science degree in financial management from the University of London.

Tom Hartman, Director of Sales.
Tom has 30 years business experience, the last 10 years in sales and product specialist positions supporting such products as KCI Control and Microsoft FRX Forecaster and PerformancePoint. Previously, he installed and supported Hyperion Pillar for such companies as Bell Canada, NiSource and Hanes. Earlier, Tom held positions of Financial Planning Manager and Controller for business units of Colgate Palmolive and Sara Lee. A Certified Management Accountant, Tom earned an MBA from the College of William and Mary.

Lisa Torbin-Shaw, Director of Financial Planning Solutions.
Responsible for providing presales and consulting services for Alight, Lisa has helped design and implement successful Alight models for over 100 companies including Verizon Wireless, Iroquois Gas Transmission System, and Tufts Medical Center. At Hyperion, she worked with Pillar and was responsible for the product launch of Hyperion Planning, the company's successor product to Pillar. Lisa has helped well over 100 companies implement budgeting and planning applications. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Simmons College. She is also a CPA.

Linda Hull, Senior Director, Planning Solutions Group.
Currently Linda is responsible for providing presales, consulting services and training support for Alight's prospects, customers and partners. Since joining Alight in 2006, she has helped to design and implement successful budgeting and planning models for dozens of companies including AboveNet, Iron Hill Brewery and Ramapo College. Prior to Alight, she worked for Pillar Corporation and Hyperion Solutions managing product implementations, pre-sales support, training development and marketing activities. Linda holds an MBA from the University of New Haven.
