Alight Planning is filling a position in its Sales group. Working with prospect companies in a wide range of industries you will be responsible for:
- Immediate reach out to sales-ready leads passed to Sales from Marketing
- Follow up on tradeshow/conference leads and other field-generated leads
- Follow up on sidelined opportunities in Alight's CRM database
- Logging all prospecting activity in Alight's CRM database
- Other sales-related responsibilities as determined by experience and aptitude
Position requirements:
- BA or BS degree, minimum 3.5 GPA from reputable university
- 1-2 years experience in sales a plus but not required
- Willingness to work in a virtual office environment, primarily using phone/web
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Desire to work toward a commisioned sales-rep position

Alight Planning is filling a director level position in its Client Services group. Working with client companies in a wide range of industries and using Alight Planning you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing customer requirements for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Defining architectures and implementation plans for planning systems
- Guiding clients in best practices for implementing planning systems
- Training clients in the use of Alight Planning software on their own models
- Supporting the sales organization in developing prototypes of planning models
- Contributing to Alight training materials, blogs and other intellectual property
- Contributing to product designs interacting with the development team
Position requirements:
- BA degree. MBA preferred. CPA a plus.

Five years hands-on experience in a financial planning or controller position

Five years experience designing/implementing complex financial systems — any platform
